  • The structural frame is nearing completion.
  • Curtain wall glazing and exterior cladding are progressing.
  • Interior finishing works have begun on several floors.
  • Electrical, plumbing, drainage, sewage, and other infrastructure systems are being installed in parallel.

Stronger Project Management

    A new senior team has been added to accelerate processes and improve coordination. The team includes an engineer, project manager, and construction supervisor. Their focus is to:

  • Coordinate between the contractor, consultants, authorities, and marketing team.
  • Identify issues before work is completed.
  • Prevent situations where completed construction needs to be changed or removed.
  • Advance permits, infrastructure connections, and approvals.

Quality Control

Quality control is being enforced throughout every stage of construction. Materials, construction methods, and completed work are being reviewed regularly to ensure that the project meets all required standards and maintains a consistently high level of quality.

Smart Buyer and Renter Planning

Targeted marketing has begun with potential buyers and renters. Where appropriate, plans are being adapted now to meet buyer and rental requirements. Making these changes before construction is finalized will:

  • Reduce future modification costs.
  • Avoid unnecessary demolition and rebuilding.
  • Improve the leasing potential across all floors.

With 60% of the project already sold, we remain focused on advancing construction, maintaining budget control and quality, driving sales, and creating long-term value for investors.
